ipod shuffle and transfering music

    I was wonderin is there anyway i can download music to my ipod shuffle for free?
    First time havin an ipod so not really sure what to do,as in how to get music onto it etc..(for free)!
    I can see that itunes is the main one but i have to pay for it!:rolleyes:

    i tunes is the biggest load of annoying shyte ever!
    but as far as im aware you would have to have itunes

    Thats soooo effin annoying!!...Llookin at the net there and it says apple only want you to use itunes and pay for it, it wont even let me download from my media player!
    lookin like a seious waste of money buyin one:mad:

    You can import music into your library from CDs and folders if you have it on your computer. You may need to use another application designed for your existing music player if there is anything you need to get off that.

    iTunes will not read the Windows Media Player library, but if you know where the files are stored can be imported into that.

    iTunes Store is just one option.

    Yeah but are you sayin i still need itunes for that? Im not the best at computers as you might be able to tell :o
    I have songs in my library but dont know how to download to the ipod??
    thanks for the help though.. what other options are there though??

    Once the songs are in the iTunes Library and the iPod is connected to the computer and visible in iTunes (left had side, under Devices) click into it. Select the Music tab, check the Sync Music box and Apply.

    Of course the music will need to be in a format that the iPod can play, meaning if it was imported from CD using Windows Media Player it may not be.

    damn it!... why cant you just appear and do it for me:D?! yeah see all my music is imported to windows media player!:(
