hi hope someone can help im new to this sport, i bought an aeg (not going to say from what site) and it arrived today.

it is the the model i was looking for (g36c) but not made by jg (jing gong) as far as im aware cos it doesnt say jg anywhere on the aeg or box or manual,

when buying it i was under the impression that it was a jg gun because on the website they described it like this (Brandname: ASG/JG) and also have a youtube link to a video reviewing a jg g36c, and there is also reviews on their website from people who purchased the aeg referring to is as jg g36c.

the aeg that arrived to my house is an action sports games slv36, altho it looks exactly like the g36c that im looking for, im not happy that its not jing gong g36c cos ive read great reviews about this aeg.

so what im asking is, is this one as good a the jing gong g36c, or should i return it and get my money back and get the jg one?

    many thanks

As far as I know the ASG one is the Jing Gong, just rebranded, I could be wrong though.

2642043118_small_1.jpg if it is that then you got a JG G36c which is resold by asg as that, which explains the asg/jg description, very few chinese guns will write the brandname on the box.

as far as i know slv stands for "sportline value" on all asg/classic army stuff.

ASG are one of many distributors that buy in batch from china, label guns up as thier own and sell them. Sometimes for less than the brand name itself goes for off the shelf... Atleast my experience of the G36 line. The same is with Echo 1, UTG, and GFC for example with aegs... none make em, but they sell them as thier own.
Although never tell an american that utg or echo 1 dont make thier guns in america... or make them at all... the explosion of patriotic rage is somewhat impressive to behold.
