Medical Image sites please

    Can anyone recommend a decent medical images site? The images must be 'print' quality (i.e. high-resolution images, not just low-res web-quality images).

    I'm currently using the Wellcome medical images database and the MediScan database but they only have about 70% of the images I need. I'm particularly interested in dermatology/fungal images.

    Images would be used commercially and all appropriate copyright fees paid etc.
