Electric Storage Heating

    Hi Guys

    My apartment has storage heating -not my first choice in heating but however...

    I cannot work the damn thing and i am freezing cold :(

    I have a Dimplex FLX model but I do not have a manual or a control pannel I have tried calling them but i get fobbed off with an "ill call you back"

    I do however have an input and output control on the heater i have tried playing around with these but still only get a puff of heat and thats it!!!

    Any ideas on how to get some heat out of them :confused: I cant spend another night in the freezing cold
