View RTE's but not TV3,TG4 or test signal

    Hi all, I was hoping someone might be able to help.

    Using a Conax Mpeg 2 to Mpeg 4 Cam in my freeview TV (Samsung), whichs works perfect. We both live in the North east.
    Receive all the channels (well the last time i checked):).
    However when i tried the Cam in a friends TV ( Panasonic LCD TX-L32c10B) this weekend it only received RTE1 &2 , for the other channels it displaded a "No Video" message. The TV is brand new but only Mpeg 2 hence the need for a cam.

    Is this a DTT broadcasting problem,a cam problem or have i done or not done something to cause this?

    Any help much appreciated.
