New Development at Bullock Harbour?

My mother in law has been ranting on about a new development at Bullock harbour. I see from the Indo that the council has "Re-Zoned" this area, but does anyone know if there is anymore to this?

They're hardly going to pull down Western Marine for a halting site?! Houses or apartments maybe, but in this economic climate?

How old is that photo by the way, it must be at least 6 years old, if not more.

I wonder if Western are struggling and would look to sell? Apart from that, it's all housing and a school around Bullock, unless they fill the harbour itself in :eek:
