GUI 2010 Cups & Shields Venues?

Are these published anywhere yet? Can't fine them on the site, though a few people seem to know what's what. I see the finals venues are there but just looking for qualifying venues, first round opponents etc...

Pretty sure we knew before the new year last year. Anyway, maybe I'm just hearing stuff direct from the hosting clubs, who obviously know their particular fixture.

There's a Metropolitan Qualifier for Pierce Purcell in Beech Park as far as I know.

Looks like our Junior Cup will be played in Portmarnock Links, Senior Cup in Old Portmarnock.............Nice!

Senior Cup venue for Dublin South & West is TBC.
Barton Shield is in Stackstown

I genuinely was taking a break until this bleedin' Garden Trophy came along, meaning my Barton Cup place is forfeit if I don't win a couple of matches in Jan/Feb.

Yeah, the 2009 fixtures were out before Xmas last year. My brother had a s/sheet of all the Opens and GUI comps he was playing in done out by Xmas Eve!

The draw for the Munster cups and shields are being drawn on Sunday 13the December, will be posted on the GUI Website.

Finals in castlebar.

Great greens all year around - course can get waterlogged.

Very good back 9 but the front 9 is short and bland - i can see the best senior cup players getting to the 10th at 5 or 6 under. 1st and 4th are driveable par 4s and 3rd and 9th are reachable par 5s.

Excellent finishing stretch - will make for great matchplay golf.

Hopefully strandhill can reach the finals to test my theories.

Who knows the minimum handicap for pierce purcell is? i might be gone away for the bruen matches this year
