    Hi,

    I am finding F4 quite difficult there si jsut so much to remember with case and sections of company law! has anyone any tips for this exam in December?

    Hi aggie,

    I past this exam second time around...I reckon if you have a general idea of every topic and have one or two examples of cases relating to these you should do well to pass. Obviously make sure u have covered the tips which are suggested for this exam. Check out this link...or you could just analyse the last few years papers to have an idea of what will come up

    P.S. although these tips below might not be for ireland variant paper I am pretty sure all papers have the same questions..its just a matter of applying irish law to them
