    I don't watch Monk at all, i remember watching the pilot where his wife was blown-up in a car park, he was in a psych hospital for awhile...ergo, Monk.

    But i thought after 8 seasons they'd have figured it out by now?...does anyone watch the show?, have any of the seasons addressed the whole dead wife thing?....was it a recurring plot point?

    reason i ask is i watch season 8 ep. 15 which i assume is part one of the very last episodes...right?, so there *now* just getting to telling the wife story?

    It was a conspiracy built up over the series.... one person hired by another person, who was working for another person etc.

    It's one show I've always meant to get into..

    Might give it a shot next Summer when it's all finished!

    Yeah, just noticed that alright.

    Plenty to get through though - 3 more seasons of The Wire, 6 more seasons of The Shield and finishing Greek (very enjoyable although Clark Duke is criminally under-used).

    Greek is a fun little show once you give it a chance.
    Greek is largely very well written.. the only problem is for every innovative genuinely funny storyline, we get plenty of recycled cliched muck.

    Unfortunately, needs more Dale and less Cappie!
