creative zen micro , help ?

    i have a creative zen micro & when i turn it on the recovery mode screen is all that comes on & when i try the options it does nothing , is there a way of resetting the device ?:confused:

    There's also this low tech solution.

    Just slide the power to shut down position, hold it right there and pull the battery out.

    Presumably hold it down and pull the battery at the same time.

    i brought my zen player to cycone irl on the quays in dublin last week after someone else here recommended them. the guy held the power on button over while he put a pin in the reset hole. he held the power button til it restarted and has worked fine since. for ages i was just doing the reset with a pin and got nowhere.
