I hope to get this racquet for christmas as I've worked hard on my game all year and I'd like to start placing the ball/volleying better. The idea of a heavier stick also appeals to me. Has anyone here tried it? And if so, any thoughts??

Hope you have some hefty forearms on you. Thats a serious racket.
What do you use at the moment?

    A Dunlop Aerogel 500 Tour.

Was thinking of getting one of these myself. Been playing with a Wilson K Blade 98 for about a year but have been out for about a month now with tennis elbow.
The Dunlop seems to be a bit more flexible but i read some reviews that it feels a little dead. What string do you use?

I'd agree with the review, it does feel disconnected and a bit clumsy at the net. Although I do find it good in the serve and whenever I just let rip with a big forehand. I kept the string that was on it, Dunlop M Fil Tour 16. It'd say it would be a good choice for someone with tennis elbow.
