Ross, Buckley, Court are the three most obvious options - though none inspire massive confidence for varying reasons.

    Tim Ryan at Toulon.

Although he's been a flop there so far...

Apparently his scrummaging has improved in his last match where he came on as a sub.

At the very least, he's getting proper scrummaging sessions out there.

John Andress has been getting a run of games for Quins recently. He is definitely one to keep an eye on. He was called up for the summer tour to America. Decent in the scrum and good around the park. Might be a good idea if the IRFU bring him back to Ulster. Also I have always said that Paddy McAllister should switch to tighthead, big fan of his. There is also Jamie Hagan, an ex-Leinster academy player who is now with Connacht, he started every game of the 2007 U20 Grand Slam campaign along with Cian Healy at LH. He should get a ton of game time up there and hopefully will come out better for it. But it seems everyone is talking up Jack McGrath as a future international tight head, not sure myself. From what ive seen of him he is ok in the scrum but ive only seen him play 1 game, so its not for me to say how good he is.

    Basing what on one match?

I just said that his scrummaging improved in his last match over his disastrous performance in the Challenge Cup.

And also, Loosehead is completely different to Tighthead, there are a few who can do both well, but it's a big difference.
