Mondeo Sat Nav Help

    Just brought a Mondeo Ghia x in from the uk.Very good spec and wonderful car to drive.
    It has a built in Sat Nav that does not want to work for me.
    It tells me to load the cd.When i do it keeps telling me cd is loading but nothing happens.
    Anyone here have any experience with these?or where can i go to get it sorted.?
    Any help appreciated

    Maybe it's a UK CD you have and the car is looking for Irish CD?

    Is it still under warranty? If so then call a dealer unless you find the answer here.
