Cavity Closers

Hi, I am building a cavity block construction with a 150mm cavity, I plan on pumping in bonded bead insulation. I am wondering if anyone has used the insulated cavity closers such as those sold by Xtratherm to close the cavity. Are they worth the money and if I use these to I still return the block? Thanks for your help.
