    Hi all,

Top up receipt was thrown away by accident from a friend who purchased a meteor 20 euro topup from the post office by cash. Is there any way to get this money back or is it lost for good?

I'm fairly sure there is a post-office copy of the receipt.
This wouldn't have the top-up code itself on it, but a different reference number.

Because it was paid in cash, it would probably be difficult to pinpoint your friend's transaction unless it was a quiet post-office.

If they can find the transaction reference, i think it might be possible to cancel though the provider(ALPHYRA, or Post Office themselves, not sure who) if they can see that it hasn't been used.

To be honest, for €20, it could be alot of hassle to track down..but maybe possible ..

Would go with what smartblaa says on this one.
