Hypothethical question for now but if a person went to England to work and left their spouse and 2 kids at home in Ireland with no income what would the entitlements of the spouse+2 kids be off the Irish welfare system?

I may be completely wrong on this, but I think your income in england would be taken into account for any benefit claim as you have not abandoned them.
