What model Strada is it?
I think most, if not all, the Stradas use Navteq maps, same as Garmin, and uses Navigons software.

Have a look here: Panasonic Link - and maybe you could get some customer support on how to upgrade the maps.

I had a look on the Navteq site, but it doesn't list Panasonic as a supported device.
Looks like you'll have to deal with Panasonic directly.
