Gas deposit troubles

    Hopefully someone can help or advise...

    Bord Gais wants the signatures of both people who were named on the bill before they'll refund the €200 deposit despite the fact that every bill and the deposit came from a single-person bank account direct debit. The second person isn't communicating.

    What course of action should I take next? Consumer association, small claims(?), solicitor?
