Reminds me, i sacked a Brazilian guy i had working for me because he liked 12 year olds, and when he showed us a video on his phone of his fav pass time, (which apparently was OK back at home), i told him to leave, he sued me, i wasn't allowed to mention the reason in court because of his scummy solicitor, i lost the case and had to pay him compo for unfair dismissal.:mad:
I wouldn't pay up until the Sheriff called for it, he was pissed off when i told him what he was collecting the money for.

TBH i would've done the same and used that excuse in court and get the video as evidence regardless of his sh*thead solicitor !

You werent allowed to submit evidence which was relevent to the case by a soliciter

I thought it was Judges who decided on the admissibility of evidence.

Sure it says in the article that baby she had when she was 5 died in 79.
She had another kid in 72 and that one is still alive as far as the article goes.

this is standard practice among Gypsies. This is why the Spanish age of consent is 12, to allow all those Gipsy girls to marry early.

And I am sure that a couple of hundred years ago this was standard practice among everyone...
