Much is made of which hemisphere is better so which hemisphere do you think "won" the Autumn Internationals as a whole?

NH being the Six Nations sides.
SH being the Tri Nations sides and Argentina(they'll be in Tri Nations soon so they should be counted imo).

    Here are the results:

    Week 1
    England 9 - 18 Australia
    Wales 12 - 19 New Zealand

    Week 2
    France 20 - 13 South Africa
    Italy 6 - 20 New Zealand
    Ireland 20 - 20 Australia
    England 16 - 9 Argentina

    Week 3
    Italy 10 - 32 South Africa
    England 9 - 16 New Zealand
    Scotland 9 - 8 Australia
    Wales 33 - 16 Argentina

    Week 4
    Ireland 15 - 10 South Africa
    Scotland 6 - 9 Argentina
    Wales 12 - 33 Australia
    France 12 - 39 New Zealand

    14 played:
    8 wins for SH.
    1 draw.
    5 wins for NH.

However if you take out Italy (the weakest of the NH):
    6 wins for SH.
    1 draw
    5 wins for NH.

If you take out Argentina (the weakest of the SH):
    7 wins for SH.
    1 draw
    4 wins for NH.

Take out both (paints the most realistic picture of where it's at for me):
    5 wins for SH.
    1 draw.
    3 wins for NH

I don't think the results tell the whole story though.

What is the gap now between the hemispheres or is there one?

The gap has certainly narrowed since last year when Wales beating the Wallabies was the only win registered by an NH team.

    The Southern Hemisphere.
    Lets just say Ireland won.

You cant just "take out" argentina! If you do that then take out Scotland aswell, and maybe England! They were lucky to beat a Puma team far from full strength!

To answer the original question its the SH no doubt!

New Zealand won. The other SH teams, notably SA, were less than impressive...

I think it's just a shame we didn't see the best NH (Ireland) vs the best SH (New Zealand) this time round....ah well guess we will just have to wait :D

I think its fair to say that its more or less evens between them. But then, that was the NH at home, I fully expect all the NH teams to get spanked in June as usual.
