    can the pill have an affect on someone libido, a negative effect?

    some say yes and others say no. Have a look at the contra indications in the pack and talk to your GP

    while every pill effects each person slightly differently the ones most likely to give you no libido are the progesterone only ones...

I kept changing them with the doctor's advice .My fiancee is so patient but it annoys me that I can' t be with him properly for a couple of weeks every month.
    SO Finally, yesterday, I had the Implanon inserted as the Doc reckons its the oestrogen in the combined and triphasic pills that is causing the problem. The implaon is Progesterone only, so hopefully soon, I will be back to my active self !!!:)
