Flash Player Problem

Hi Guys Not sure if I have a bug here but if I watch a video on Flash Player 10 it stops and starts and sometimes stops is there a bug in my system or can anyone tell me if some of my settings are the problem or is realplayer or windows player causing the fault. Any help appreciated
