.... how did you find it?

Walk out of Dublin Airport's main doors. Cross the road, through the car-park building, cross the next road, veer right across the car park to the porta-cabins where all the private bus services hang out together.

    ... sorry, I couldn't resist ;)

(FFS! govt-owned companies operate from right beside the door, privates get a porta-cabin as described above, yet still make a profit .... )

Isn't that PortaCabin temporary while the coach park is relocated to over by the church?

Eh, Aircoach have the area right outside the door to Arrivals, with DB Airlink and citybound services (16a, 41, 746) on the far side of the road.

All the other DB and BE services are over the other side of the multi-storey car parks.

While DAA wanted to auction the spots, An Bord Pleanála told them in the planning permission for the airport expansion to prioritise the busiest services. Hence, Dublin Bus Airlink and Aircoach are at the front door, while Dublin Bus route 102 and the hotel shuttles are beyond the short-term car park.

Thus guaranteeing that the most profitable government-owned services continue to be the busiest!

No other operator comes near the frequency of Aircoach or Dublin Bus. Why should the passengers on the most frequent/popular services have to go furthest?

And I say it again, Aircoach is the operator nearest the departures door.
