Think it will air in the US sometime in April compared to the last FG Star Wars special which was on tv first - then came out on DVD.

Edit to original post: This will come out on Blu-ray aswell as DVD.

Right, just saw it last night and its pretty good. Mabey not as funny as the first one but dam there are lots of "burst of laughing" moments in this. Don't really want to give away too much before everyone else has seen it, so I'll keep the info to a minimum. If your a Meg fan (really?) don't expect too much, more or less just a cameo once again. The cut away jokes are minimal, alot less than a normal episode which is a welcome refief. Carl as Yoda is brilliant, Carter as The Emperor (we all saw that coming), but Mort as Lando just doesn't do it for me. The ending is great compared to the actual Star wars ending and it all finishes in time for Peter and Chris to have another argument about you know what. :D
As far as production quality of the episode goes, it was top notch once again considering that some scenes that look almost real are completly animated, cant wait for the Blu-ray release so I can watch it in beautiful 720p :)

    8/10

Lois: We're going to get pulverised out here!
Peter: Look, we have four or five of the main characters on board, I think we'll be fine!

I can't wait to see this, thanks for posting the trailer!

I liked it, but for me it was ruined by unnecessary swearing. It was like they were so excited to have the opportunity to use them that they went OTT with it. The American fans might be impressed by this kind of thing since their TV is exceptionally watered down and strict but since we're well used to it over here I just found it rather desperate.

See I actually hated that bit for the reasons I said above. I'm not a prude by any means and am all for a bit of swearing when it feels relevant to the storyline but to me that wasn't the case with this. The episode was slightly spoiled for me because of it and came across like they had allowed a bunch of fourteen year olds to contribute towards parts of the script.

Having said that, there were some very good moments such as for example...
Chris and his homage to Rocky IV
but I felt the episode could have been a bit better.

I'd give it about an 7/10.
