accredited personal trainer or fitness courses

    Hi all,
    I recently finished a part time course only to find out its accreditation is not worth a sh@te to me. I'm looking to do a diploma (part time or preferably on line) with a view to then doing a degree course... i'm confused about all this itec hetac ncehs etc.. I'm can't afford to waste more money and worst of all more time with these conmen:mad: offering unreconised diploma's.. thanks for any REAL info....:confused:

    It is been extended to a ordinary degree in September 2010.

    I did the NCEF course some years back, and found it quite excellent - www.ncefinfo.com.

    Also, www.ntc.ie are supposed to be excellent.

    OP what course did you do? I'm currently in the depths of research into the different fitness qualifications and the accreditation systems and awarding bodies internationally. It's quite the head-wreck! But it will be worth it so that I can choose a proper college.
