How up upload mp3 to youtube?

There is a track I cannot find on youtube but I want to share it. Obviously this is easily done as there are millions of them, but anyone know how to do it easily? Thanks

I do just use windows movie maker, throw in the audio file and put one of two images over it. if you've a mac, im sure there's a similar program.
