Feel like I'm going crazy

I know in these times I am very lucky to have a job, I am lucky this I know but I hate mine, I hate it so much I am worried I’m going insane. It isn’t a highly stressful job at all and my boss is very easy going but at the same time he makes me sick to my stomach, the sight of him just makes me want to scream.
It’s the same with the others here they are a lot older than me and seen to talk down to me a lot, its just little things really, I don’t want to go on listing things and complain endlessly about how much I hate it but I need some advice as to how to relax and stop feeling like this because I feel like I’m going crazy, I have thought about counselling but I definitely cant afford it, any ideas how I can stop letting things get to me.

    Thanks

The only thing you can do is find another job. If it's that bad, take anything. Your life will improve, even if you're not working in something related to the career of your choice. Then you can keep an eye out for new opportunities.

I just left a similar enough situation for a much better job! I got lucky - I would have taken anything. I regret not leaving a long time ago.

Hating your job is bad. Cauterise the wound immediately!
