    Hey,
Will be down in Cork on Thursday 10th September for a gig. Gig is on in Cork Opera House and am just hoping that someone can recommend somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay near enough to it..
Just me and a mate travelling down,

    Thanks

I presume it's December you mean, or you are very organised with the planning ahead? :D

How about Jury's Inn down the quay for about €65 a room? If you would share with the mate...

Or the Maldron - even closer to the Opera House than the others, just across the bridge, 2 minutes up the hill, and they have twin rooms starting at 65 euros
