    hi guys

just wondering if someone here has good experience related to looking for a manger and would like to share it. What place is best to look and what are the important qualities to look for, how to find a manager that is right for you.

the first question to ask is do you need one? ive found that managers find you more than the other way around.

I agee, if you're creating any kind of a buzz managers will hear about you. The big question would be. Are you really ready to have a manager on board. A manager is really only nessicery if you are up at the level where a business mind is required. If you have CDs out and a resonable fan base and need someone to push things up a gear or two. Other wise get as much info from others, write the best songs that you can and gig as much as possible. If you're doing that right the rest will fall into place as you go along.

Try the Manager aisle at Tesco.

Seriously though, managers are a mixed bag; they almost alway show up after you've done most of the real hard work.

    Maybe I'm just cynical.
