I had the same problem about 20 minutes ago, but restarting the modem/router fixed it. Odd.

EDIT: Wait, by Chorus, you mean UPC, yeah? Cable?

grand again now speed test still giving fraction of 20mbit tho 3.5mb/s

same here restarting the modem fixed it
