    Hey!

I have been a massive fan of the Civilization series on PC but the games can be very time consuming in terms of micro management. The console version Civilization Revolution on Xbox 360 and PS3 has been out over a year now and the online game play is still going strong. Its not as indepth as the PC versions but a more concise and faster paced game. The main triumph of the game is that in paring down the PC gameplay to suit consoles it has lost non of it strategic appeal.

It is a fantastic "just one more turn" game, highly addictive and insanely enjoyable.

I have met many players online and since I play alot (far too much I have been told) I find it strange I haven't come across any Irish players.

So are there any Civilization Revolution fans out there?

I like Civilation 4 on PC (have all the previous ones too) but I wouldn't see any appeal in a consoled simpler version.

    Others are probably the same.

Was it out on PC also?

I think Civilization Revolutions is civ4, only with all the expansion packs pre-included.
I fell out of love with Civ after civ4. I thought it too small and simplified. I wanted a bigger challenge. I'm now a Total War man. I still play civ3 sometimes. ( Ahh, the good old days....):pac:

Have you played Civ4?? If not, try it, it's a billion times better than Civ 3.
