A Happy Day

    Had the day off work today.

    Played in my local society's last outing of the year.
    Won it with 34pts (off 5 h'cap). Got 6 bottles of vino to show for my efforts.
    Scoring was low, with very strong cross winds blowing (Portmarnock links)

    Nice Few beers and a lovely meal afterwards.
    As an extra bonus my Dad came runner up.
    All in all, just a great day.

    Just thought I 'd share it with you all

    Not much golf being played in Cork at the moment. Maybe it's time for us to construct a links course.
