Problem with part time course

    Hi all,

    I have a question just wondering if anyone might be able to help.

    I'm doing a 6 month course that is scheduled for one night a week. i work full time as well. the course organisers have cancelled the weekly class 5 times with little excuses and no apologies. theyve rescheduled classes at time that suit them and no time suits me as im working full time anyway.

    Am i entitled to a partial refund for these missed classes?

    probably not - but you should talk with them and discuss their "breaking of a previous agreement"

    if they have agreed on a specific day/time then they should do their best to honour the agreement.

    Agreed - if they do break this agreement am i not entitled to anything on that basis?
