In the picture you linked to, as far as I could tell, the skull part was on a woolen balaclava. I haven't seen anything like that for sale in the irish retailers, but you should have a look on the aforementioned websites.

Correct its a woolen facemask with a custom paintjob. Some guys on airsoft canada have re-created it.

correct the one in the game appears to be based off a wool design looking at the lecture but the real world reference are the cloth ones worn in pictures from afgan/iraq over last few years, i would personal so with the cloth due to the fact i find wool to be rather hot especially when your running around a lot in airsoft, and for 9/10 people they look the same

a wool person could easily be done with a balaclava a printer a knife and some time

Absolutely unless someone wants to make me one its cloth mask for the win. I have a few bits on order from schampa so I'll post up a mini review.
