I had to log out and sign back in about half hour ago cause it wouldnt show my funds on screen but it's grand now.

When I enter the www.betfair.com address a white screen comes up with just the words 'accountservices' on it.

We did experience a few issues with the site earlier on today however these have now been resolved. If you are still having problems please attempt the below troubleshooting steps.

It is possible the errors you are receiving are caused by caching.
Cache is a storage area that keeps frequently accessed data readily available so you don't have to retrieve them repeatedly from slow storage.

We request that you delete your temporary Internet files and clear the History on your PC. Please perform the following:

    1) Open Internet Explorer.
    2) Go to the 'Tools' menu.
    3) Click on 'Internet Options' on the drop down menu.
    4) The 'Internet Options' pop up menu will be displayed
    5) On the 'General tab', click on the 'Delete cookies' button, and press 'Ok' to the pop up confirmation box.
    6) Click on the 'Delete Files' button, after pressing this button a confirmation box will be displayed, put a tick in the 'Delete all off-line content' box and press 'Ok' to confirm.
    7) Click on the 'Settings' box. This will bring up another popup window. Ensure this is set to 'Check for newer versions of the stored pages' on 'Every time you visit the page'. Additionally, make sure that your amount of disk space to use is set to about 500 -600 MB
    8) Close the 'Internet Options' pop up window by clicking 'Ok'.

Also we recommend you entrust our site to your computer. This allows you to selectively indicate which web sites are to be "trusted", meaning they can run at a low security level and pose no threat.

This can be done via the following method:

    1) Go to the 'Tools' menu.
    2) Click on 'Internet Options' on the drop down menu.
    3) The 'Internet Options' pop up menu will be displayed.
    4) Click on the 'Security' tab at the top of the Internet Options window.
    5) Click on the 'Trusted Sites' icon, this will now be highlighted.
    6) Click on the 'Sites' button.
    7) In the 'Trusted Sites' pop up window type *.betfair.com.
    8) At the bottom of the 'Trusted sites window, untick the box for 'https require server verification for all sites in the zone'.
    9) Click on 'ok' to confirm.
    10) Click on 'ok' on the 'Internet Options' window to revert back to Internet Explorer

Please note: If you were already in the betfair website before this process, please refresh your browser.

If we can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us again.
