Here are some of the consoles I own, mostly just the consoles themselves the games are all in the attic (I hope!) Have to add photos of the spectrum as well.

The NES needs a new 72pin connector, I have cleaned it and repaired the pins but it is still hit and miss.

Megadrive and Dreamcast, I have a load more dreamcast and megadrive games in the attic.

My Atari's The Jaguar has never been used except to turn it on and check it was powering up. In excellent condition.

Playstation 1, few games sold my PS2.

Neo-geo MVS minus Supergun *shakes fist*

Also have Xbox and 360 but no real need for putting them up.

I see you have Revolution X for the Megadrive. Whoever thought of making a game with Aerosmith in it must have been nuts!

Does the Menacer light gun work with that yeah?

Not as nuts as my copy of Rise of the Robots *SHUDDER* actually think it should be left lost in the attic. As for the lightgun it works but as whether it works with Revolution X I honestly cannot remember.

As the one who bought that I can say it sadly does not :(

    Doesn't Revolution X suck?
The 7800 is grand, I have Joust and it's pretty good, also cool that 2600 games will also play on it.
Try to find a copy of Defender II for the 2600, it's a fairly rare twin stick game, I figured it out when wondering how you activate Hyperspace and Smart Bomb, then tried plugging in the 2nd controller, and there we had it!

I wonder if there is a Robotron game out there as well?
    With twin stick controls?
    How cool would that be?

Sadly it does suck. It is beyond awful, im tempted to plug it in and play it now for some reason!

Might hook up the 7800 tomorrow and try out the 32 in 1 cart.

/Chases Asok out with a stick.

To be honest I'm not sure where my own Rise of the Robots came from. I'm fairly sure copies of it come alive at night and just worm their way into peoples collections. Contaminating all the games around it.

I never looked at Brian May the same way ever again.

I think it was made over lunch break by a few devs then sold as a joke...

I also remember me and Asok selling a load of Meagdrive games to buy PS1 games.... why lord why?!

Heh, my mother almost convinced me to do that too. I didn't though and waiting for the ps1 to come down to 129 pounds while saving.

Sure, I had to play a demo disc and Destruction Derby for about 4 months...but I got to keep my beloved Megadrive!

I too had Rise of the Robots for the Mega Drive :(

My brother brought me to GAME (i think it was named that) on grafton st where you could go upstairs for the sega stuff like mega cd. I wanted a platformer and seen a mickey mouse game. He told me to get something more grown up and i ended up with Rise of the Robots :(

The arcade version of Revolution X isn't that bad!... *gulp* But any off the home conversions I've played are absolute stink!

Rise of the Robots on Amiga.... So would sir like the 10 disk or 13 disk version?
In an age when Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat, hell even Clay fighter ruled supreme I just don't know why they bothered. A truely terrible game!

I can remember a friend of mine buying a few copies of Rise of the Robots for the PC when it was being sold off clearance cheap.

Worked out less than buying blank floppies!

Talking about games that I remember loving but haven't played in years, the remake of BattleZone on the PC was brilliant, featuring an alternate present where the Soviets and Allies have been fighting a war in space since the start of the cold war, starting with some very nice missions on the moon, it allowed you to do resource management in realtime from inside vehicles, driving tanks, transferring to turrets, a really really great game.
It made the jump to just one console, the N64, before having the joy ripped out as it was moved as a straight revision of the original arcade game to the PSP.
If you can get the PC game, and can get it running on a modern PC, let me know.

I run it on my bog standard dell dimension laptop, windows XP, no fancy graphics card ... works fine, so long as you stick to 640 x 480.

If I had a better laptop, I'd try and increase the resolution ... but it does run OK. Very responsive.

There is a good resource online here which has a demo (27 Mb) of the game, and some XP patches ... have a look around.
