    One for our designers!
I am looking for a deflection head detail where the door frame meets a ceiling. The frame is full height floor to ceiling, there is a solid baffle above the ceiling but i cant put the deflection at the junction of th ebaffle and the concrete slab. The deflection has to allow for 15mm.
We were planning on fixing the frame to the baffle over the head but cant now with the deflection requirments and this leave the frame potentially weak ( the outside of the frame is against glazed partitions so no fixings there). Has anyone come across this detail before?
