How long should I wait before running and alcohol after getting Swine Flu Vaccine?

Hi all, I'm getting my swine flu vaccine this coming monday. I'm high risk due to having astma as a child (though have outgrown it now mroe or less). I'm currently 5 weeks into marathon training and am wondering how long after getting the shot should I resume running? Also how long after the shot should I wait before…
