yeah i got it but just tried join again and it was fine.

i noticed that hardcore hq appeared after that

Yea, it happened a coupla days after launch when they relaesed the Mosh Pit and TD Express playlists. It means they have to exit, then reenter MP.

Its because of the new playlist added last nite. Some clients we're not updated. A quick restart works (for the client without the new playlist).
