Living Language organise French courses in France. www.livinglanguage.ie. If you contact them they'll sent you a brochure in the post. I cannot personally talk about their French course nor their summer course, as I did a TY school term in Spain. However they are well organised on their French courses (better than Spanish), and very profesional. On that note I still came back fluent in Spanish after the course, and got an A1 in the LC last year.
