Where to get Details of planning permission for New Four Courts on Parkgate street

    Hi there

    Im looking for the planning permission for the new four courts develpoment at parkgate street. i need this info for a traffic management project as part of my college degree in which i need to know the traffic surveys conducted on the site, info such as traffic queues, capacity around the area and car parking details. Any idea where i could access this, i have tried dublincity.ie under palnning permission but to no avail.

    any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

    I d check out Dublin City Council Planning Office, they should have what your looking for, traffic management etc would probably have been submmitted as part of the EIS

    Prob ask the OPW or you could view the fire certificate file.

    The TIA wont be in the fire cert.

    Go the DCC (website or office) and you will find the infromation. Might be better to ring the planning office get the planning reference and check the site out

    The building may not even have a fire cert as it may be an exempt building.

    You're right it wont. Any building built by the OPW is exempt from normal fire cert procedure, eg garda stations, government offices etc. The OPW have an internal fire safety auditor.

    I fail to see how a firecert is related to the TIS.

    And they are not exempt because they have an internal auditor, they have an auditor because they are exempt :D
