    Well done to Ivan and the crew for another excellent race. My first time doing any sort of abseiling and I really enjoyed it. The cake and buns at the end were savage as well :D

    Looking forward to next years series already.

    Yeah thanks to all who organised and helped.

    The event was brilliant. We had such a laugh on the kayak stage. First time we had both paddled together and at times it showed. We werent breaking any records for pace as this was Margas first event and I didnt want to push her. But on reflection of how she done I will make sure it isnt her last. We didnt come last and when she seen the farm coming of the mountain track she took off like Alberto Contador. She loved every minute even tho she found it tough going at times. More training for the next and now she knows she can finish I will push her next time.
