    hi all

    i am currently workin in the irish prison service and i was wondering is it possile to transfer to the guards and other sections of department of justice

    would be greatful of any information

    nope, you have to go through the recruitment process from the beginning. unfortunately i dont think there will be recruitment for a while

    I might be wrong but I think you can transfer service in the IPS for Pension purposes. You might be able to transfer increments too! Not too sure about this, maybe someone on here has done it and knows the score!!
