Selling apartment in Limerick - auctioneer prices / info

    Hi all,

    Looking to sell my apartment in Limerick. Have been quoted an initial 250 (+ 21% VAT) Euro for putting add in daft, myhome, sherryfitz websites and the 'for sale' boards. Also will have add placed in local paper once a month. Commission quoted was 1 and a half (+21% VAT) of sale price

    Like the auctioneer (sherry Fitz) and would like to go with him. But whats that price like? Anyone neogitated with sherry fitz? Anyone recommend any other autioneers in Limerick and what price reductions you got if any?
