Hi All,


I am currently self employed in Germany as an Independent Sales Representative for the Overseas Military Sales Corporation. I've been contracted by them to sell US specification vehicles on a US Military Base here in Germany.


I am looking to hire someone who will work with me to develop my business on base. The role will involve intensive initial and continuous training on all aspects of the business. The prospective candidate will develop the ability to sell cars, manage and expand the business as well as develop existing business.


The role is for 12 months with a view of the successful candidate taking on a similar position as mine afterwards.


This is a commission only job. The successful candidate will be paid a salary for the first three months before moving onto commission only with an unlimited earning potential. After three months I'd expect both myself and the candidate to know if they are able to succeed in the business.


Flights to Germany and accommodation during the initial 3 month period will be covered by myself. If at anytime during the initial 3 month period that the candidate decides that this is not for him or her a flight home will be paid for.


You will be expected to work 6 days a week with potentially long hours. The potential for earnings is massive. The work itself is fun if you enjoy dealing with people from all walks of life.


What is Required:


An outgoing personality


Willingness to learn


Initiative


Full Irish/EU Driving License


No criminal convictions as a Garda report will have to be provided.


Willingness to relocate. You will be leaving home and this is a major decision for anybody.


What is not required:


Experience selling cars or anything else. All training will be provided and sometimes the best people for this job haven't sold anything before. Just because it's not required doesn't mean it's not a plus either.


Knowledge of American Vehicles as all training will be provided.




The candidate will be expected to start in January 2010.
