Anybody have this before.? Not very sore but pain dull pain on the bottom of the heel. Made the mistake of not wearing my orthothics for a race recently. Sore in the morning and the start of a run then eases up. Any ideas?

Google plantar faciitis and heel spur...Have a read about that and see do both/either sound right....
