How time consuming are part-time degrees?

I'm currently a full time student in my first year of a computer science degree.. I'm not even considering it at the moment but just wondering how much of a challenge it would be to do a part-time degree simultaneously, like this one :)

    Any help appreciated

You wouldn't be allowed to do it. It would be impossible tbh. You'd have assignments and projects clashing, exams could fall on the same days. Not to mention how tired you'd be doing full-time college and then attending your other degree classes in the evening!

Probably right.. how about with an Open University part time degree? Feasible? :)

If you wanted to do it in under five years then no.

Why do you want to do two degrees at once anyway? If you're not happy with the degree you're doing now, just switch to another.

Also - time constraints aside, it's pretty expensive to do a part-time degree, even with the OU. In fact the OU is probably more expensive than DIT etc as it is not subsidized by the Irish govt.
