Strike in LIT

    I do not know where they get the nerve to strike at a time like this.

    People are losing their jobs by the hundreds every week and here we have LIT staff in their cushy overpaid positions going on strike over pay in a job they couldnt lose even if they wanted to.

    They are supposed to be educating people so that we can can attract investment into the country. If thats the result, they theyr'w wouldn't need to be a cut intheir pay, becuase there would be more taxes.

    They really are shooting both themselves and the students in the foot. They need to grow up!

    drunken monkey52, this is not the direct actions of the LIT lecturer's, its a nation wide strike.
    No more of this please.
