Try Miko Metals in Ballycurreen ,turn left at bull Mc Cabes pub on the road to the airport. They carry a lot of aluminium in sheets and profiles, maybe not the cheapest though

I suggest you give Impact Metals a call on 021 4866326. They're in Brooklodge, Glanmire last time I was dealing with them. Nic people too. Failing them just check the Golden Pages for suppliers. Shortts Stainless do aluminium also I think.
