after hearing that the gardai aren't giving out fixed fines tommorow for speeding no seatbelt ect. I was wondering if somebody on a provisional cud
get away with driving unaccompanied by a fully liscenced driver?
Or is that a criminal offence that will be taken to court.
I'm saying this as there will be no public transport so I need a friend to ferry me around but none of
    them have full lisences yet.

    Thank in advance

If it's illegal today then it's illegal tomorrow.
